Sacred Living

A 100 hour yoga immersion rooted in embodiment, practice, and devotion.

In the heart of nature, we slow down.
We listen.
We remember why we began this path.

Person lying on their stomach with hands resting on abdomen, tattoos visible on arms and shoulder, wearing a dark maroon top and beaded necklace.

We meet yoga not just as something you do, but as something you are.

This immersion weaves together embodied asana, intuitive sequencing, meditation, somatic awareness, philosophy, and ceremonial living,  all held in a retreat-style container where practice extends far beyond the mat.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher longing for inspiration, clarity, community, and a deeper connection to your intuitive voice and purpose,or a practitioner longing to immerse yourself in yoga’s wisdom and explore the inner landscape. This journey is an invitation home.

By the end of this immersion, you will feel grounded in your practice, clear in your teaching (if you choose to teach), and connected to the earth as a companion in your yogic path and life.

This immersion is for you if

  • You’re longing to slow down and craving a nature-rooted retreat/immersion that nourishes body, heart, and spirit.

  • You’re a yoga teacher feeling uninspired, burnt out, or longing to reconnect with your purpose and authenticity.

  • You desire a community that feels supportive, inspiring, and real.

  • You want to deepen your practice and learn intuitive, embodied pathways that honor the body.

  • You want to step away from performance into presence, and meet yourself as an extension of nature.

  • You want a meaningful, transformative training without committing to a full 200/300-hour program.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

Nayra

  • Her path with movement began over twenty years ago through the study of contemporary dance, opening a lifelong journey into embodiment. Yoga found her early on, offering grounding, peace, and inner stability.

Rooted in vinyasa flow, her yoga path expanded through Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Deepening through studies with lineage-holding teachers and the lived application of yogic philosophy. Alongside this, she has explored somatic practices including Continuum Movement, CI, Tantra, and Voicework, and is a trained Clarity Breathwork facilitator, further deepening her listening to the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for healing.

Having spent the last decade in Costa Rica, her path has been shaped by life lived in relationship with the land, enriched through studies with elders across the Americas, where ritual, plant wisdom, and song have become woven into her daily life.

At the heart of her teaching is the inner dialogue between body, breath, and awareness, listening beyond the mind. As this dialogue deepens, separation softens, making space for a sense of belonging and homecoming.

This work is a living blend of many years of study, practice, and embodiment. Sharing it is one of her greatest joys and gifts.

Nadi

  • Forever a student, Nadi has immersed herself in the ancient practices of yoga for more than 15 years.

It all began in the Far East, where a longing for self-healing led Nadi to the path of yoga.

What started as a personal refuge became a lifelong devotion…an exploration of different modalities of movement, stillness, and meditation as doorways back home to the body and mind.

For the past seven years, her teaching has been deeply inspired by the wisdom of nature and the elements, shaped through close work with different masters and earth-based rituals from North and South Native American traditions, these lineages continue to shape how she shares and relates to the vast, living body of this work.

Nadi is passionate about creating safe spaces where people can slow down, feel, and meet themselves as they are. Her teaching centers on deep listening to sensation and breath, allowing awareness and alignment to unfold from within , where a new relationship and dialogue with the body begins.

Nadi is an E-RYT 500, YACEP.

We wake to the sound of monkeys and birdsong, greeting the new day. Early morning  practice and meditation invites the body to open, the breath to settle, and the mind to soften.

Late mornings are devoted to workshops and shared inquiry, where teachings are explored, embodied, and exchanged. Afternoons open into embodiment labs, time to move, sense, experiment, and share yourself in a supportive, collaborative space.

There is space to rest and restore: swimming in the salt-water pool, journaling, walking barefoot on the land, or simply being. Meals are shared, offering moments of nourishment, connection, and conversation with friends and fellow practitioners.

A DAY in THE LIFE

As the day softens, evenings invite reflection, ritual, and integration. Some days include a guided nature experience, deepening our relationship with the land. Hands touch the soil, we learn and unlearn, listen and remember.

The rhythm is simple and intentional, supporting deep immersion, genuine connection, and the quiet work of coming home.
