About Tierramor
Finding harmony with ourselves, with each other and with the earth
The tools to rebuild and regenerate our connective tissue of culture are within reach.
We are rediscovering and how to use them.
Situated on 800 expansive acres of fertile land in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Tierramor is an evolving institute for deliberate transformation.
A meeting point for innovators, change-makers, thought-leaders, and purposeful seekers — Tierramor offers an invitation to connect, discover, collaborate and transform.
Our Mission
To integrate inner, relational, and ecological practices into a living model for regeneration. At Tierramor, transformation is a daily practice — through community life, cultural programming, and a commitment to reciprocity with the land.
We exist to demonstrate that systemic change begins with inner transformation and extends outward into culture, community, and ecology.

Partnerships with local community initiatives - building bridges through shared education and cultural exchange.
Two additional, state-of-the-art retreat centers dedicated to the pathways of ascension and descension.
A residential community designed to cultivate a culture of connection through seasonal and full-time living.
Town center with co-working spaces, restaurant and wellness and fitness facilities.
The Land
-
Rio Montaña, Guancaste, Costa Rica.
Tierramor is situated in the mountains of the Pacific North-West coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. As a dry-tropical region, Guanacaste offers distinct seasons, each with a unique palette of colours, textures, rhythms and lessons; abundance and restraint, stillness and vitality, death and rebirth.
Living within this ecosystem means aligning with its flow.
Welcoming the transformations as invitations to reflect, adapt, and root more deeply in connection with the natural world.
Tierramor is never the same place twice. Each visit offers an evolving canvas as the seasons change, and the ecosystem expands.

Regeneration at Tierramor
Tierramor is both an institute and a testing ground, merging ancestral wisdom, local ecosystems, and future-oriented tools to create scalable, integrated systems for living.
We trust in nature’s innate ability to heal and renew when met with intention and care.
And we work to understand and restore the land into a thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem that we are a part of, not apart from.
Guided by permaculture principles and unwavering devotion to cultivating reciprocity, we work to understand and restore the land into a thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem. Each planting, each harvest, and each act of stewardship is part of a regenerative cycle - one that nourishes biodiversity, supports local resilience, and produces food that sustains both body and spirit.

The Farm
At the heart of Tierramor is a working farm designed to embody regeneration in practice.
Three agroforestry systems integrate fruit trees, timber, annual crops, and perennials into layered, resilient food forests.
Kitchen gardens and edible landscaping bring food and medicine right to the edge of our kitchen and living spaces, blending beauty and nourishment.
Permaculture principles guide every decision - from soil building to water cycles, nurturing long-term resilience.
Our goal is to produce 70% of our food onsite, creating not only abundance for the community but also a model for food sovereignty.
Just as in nature, the farm thrives on cycles: growth and harvest, rest and decomposition. What nourishes us today also regenerates the soil for tomorrow.
The result? A living classroom - a place where guests and residents can witness the full cycle of life, food, and regeneration in action.
