A three-month immersion into growth, connection, and practice
journey into regenerative education and purpose-driven contribution.
Our internship program is open to students, professionals, and those with a deep interest to co-create. Our program is designed for you to learn, grow and engage meaningfully with the land and our evolving projects. .
A 3-month commitment
We’ll work together to focus your experience based on your intention and course of study.
Three months give you the time to develop a project alongside our team, receive mentorship as you bring it to life, and reflect on your learnings.

We ask that you complete 30 hours of contribution each week. Our program is available to both English and Spanish speakers. As a part of the program, you will have access to:

Regenerative
Farming
For those who feel called to work with the land. Learning and working to restore ecosystems, understand living systems, and participating in different areas of regenerative farming.
The regenerative farming internship offers hands-on contribution and scientific inquiry tailored to the unique context of our project.
As an intern, you will work alongside our experienced team to support our farming initiatives, ecological diagnostics, and sustainability design processes across some of the areas below.
The specific area of focus will depend on your background, interests, and field of study.
Agronomy, Agroecology & Soil Health
Biodiversity Monitoring & Ecological Analysis
Forestry & Natural Regeneration Studies
Topography, Mapping & GIS Applications
Geology & Hydrological Assessment
Territorial Planning & Landscape Design
Wildlife Observation & Conservation Strategy
Intern activities may include activities such as data collection and analysis, creating technical documentation, mapping functional zones, conducting species inventories, establishing monitoring plots, and contributing to conservation-oriented research. The exact assignments will be crafted collaboratively based on your intention for being a part of our program and project.
Natural Building
Rooted in the principles of regenerative design and hands-on construction, this internship offers an immersive opportunity to explore natural building methods in a real-world setting.
This program invites you to explore sustainable architecture, local materials, and collaborative building processes through experiential learning.
This internship is ideal if you are a student or professional interested in sustainable design and construction, and you’re excited to apply your knowledge through practical experience.
As an intern, you’ll work alongside our natural building team to support our current construction projects and design processes in areas such as:
Earthen Construction & Traditional Techniques (BTC, adobe, bahareque, cob)
Material Science & Soil Testing
Natural Plasters, Pigments & Finishes
Sustainable Design & Construction Management
Experimental Building & Regenerative Architecture
Intern activities may include hands-on building, soil and material testing, mix design, application of plasters and finishes, on-site construction tasks, documentation, and collaborative research. Internships are structured with a blend of theory, practice, and reflection. The focus area will be crafted collaboratively based on your interests, experience, and goals.
Content Creation & Marketing
We’re looking for a creative and self-directed individual with a strong background in photography, video editing, and visual design to help bring Tierramor’s story to life through high-quality, meaningful content.
Unlike our other internships which are co-designed based on participant interest and project needs, our marketing internship is a specialized role.
This internship invites you to explore the intersection of storytelling, regenerative living, and visual communication. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to capture daily life at Tierramor including our landscapes, people, and projects. You will support content creation across platforms.

Brand Voice & Creative Direction
Intern activities may include:
Capturing photo and video content of farm systems, natural building processes, and community life
Editing and preparing media for use in social media, newsletters, and printed materials
Designing promotional graphics aligned with Tierramor’s visual identity and tone
Documenting events and cultural offerings
Supporting content strategy and creative campaigns with the broader team
Ideal for someone who:
Has proven experience with photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe CC, Canva)
Has an eye for design, understands social media, and feels confident working independently
Is passionate about regenerative culture and wants to use storytelling as a tool for education and engagement
Is eager to gain professional experience in a mission-driven, cross-cultural environment
