THE LAND

Nestled within 800 acres of regenerating tropical dry forest in Guanacaste, Tierramor’s residential area is intentionally positioned between the retreat center and the site of our future town center, the heart from which community life continues to grow.

The property is designed to preserve the integrity and wildness of the land, with over 90% of the terrain protected from development to ensure ecological balance and long-term regeneration.

Stewardship

With three agroforestry systems and counting, active reforestation initiatives, and an unwavering devotion to cultivating reciprocity, we work to understand and restore the land into a thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem.

Each planting, each harvest, and each act of stewardship is part of a regenerative cycle — one that nourishes biodiversity, supports local resilience, and produces food that sustains both body and spirit. Here, regeneration is not just a practice, but a shared responsibility and a way of life.

Nature Immersion

Lots are located in proximity to seasonal streams, old-growth trees, and breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the Pacific coast. Each home site has been chosen with care, honoring the existing contours, water flows, and ecosystems that make this place alive.

Guanacaste’s distinct seasons each offer a unique palette of colours, textures and sounds — from lush green abundance to golden dry-season light.

Location of the land

Tierramor remains just 25 minutes from the beaches of Guiones and Pelada, providing both privacy and access to town. Residents also enjoy a peaceful distance from the retreat center, while remaining connected to its shared spaces and amenities — including the Maloca, Maloca Pool, and other community gathering areas that anchor Tierramor’s community.
