Meet Your Facilitator
Rachel Rickards
Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of intimacy, embodiment, and relational intelligence.
Her work is devoted to cultivating presence — the kind that allows deeper truth, connection, and collective intelligence to emerge naturally.
Co-founder of Embodied Intimacy, Rachel now offers her work through The Field – an evolving body of practice and inquiry that explores how we attune to love, listen beneath the surface, and relate from the wisdom of the body.
Her work is guided by a central inquiry:
What is the field calling for — and how do we learn to listen?
At Tierramor, Rachel offers a four-day immersion designed to support deep listening, relational clarity, and the art of working with collective fields — held in rhythm with the land and the intelligence of nature
what to expect
This is a curated relational field and a playful laboratory for exploring connection. Together, we’ll weave guided somatic practices, emergent group fieldwork, touch- and movement-based exercises, and devotional dance into a living experience of intimacy and attunement.
Embodied Relating is not about fixing or finding. It’s about discovering what becomes possible when we meet from the body, from the moment, and from the willingness to be truly seen and felt.
Whether you’re a seeker, facilitator, practitioner, or someone longing for more truth in your relationships, this immersion will offer deep nourishment and practical tools to carry into every area of your life.
Expect moments of…
໑ Devotional movement and dance to awaken soul and sensuality
໑ Relational attunement practices to fine-tune presence with self and others
໑ Trauma-informed intimacy explorations that bring clarity, boundaries, and tenderness
໑ Partnered and group exercises that stretch you into vulnerability, truth, and connection
໑ Polarity play that activates attraction, contrast, and relational agility
໑ Emergent group process guided by the wisdom of the field
໑ Stillness, breath, and deep listening as doorways into embodied intimacy
DAY 1
-
2 sessions – 2.5hrs each
A slow and intentional arrival into embodied presence.
Participants are guided to:
Settle the nervous system
Listen to sensation as information
Cultivate awareness beneath thought
The afternoon expands into shared space, exploring how attention shapes the relational field between people — and how presence itself becomes a form of leadership.
DAY 2
-
2 sessions – 2.5hrs each
This day explores boundaries, consent, and relational clarity as felt experiences rather than concepts.
Through somatic and relational practice, participants explore:
How the body communicates yes, no, and timing
Staying connected to self while engaging with others
Relating from choice rather than habit
The emphasis is on self-trust, responsibility, and authenticity.
DAY 3
-
10:00 – 18:00 + Temple
A full-day immersion into relational depth. Drawing from the roots of Embodied Intimacy and The Field, this new space is for those who long to be more fully met: in their bodies, their truth, and their relationships. Whether you’re single, partnered, or exploring the mystery of connection, you’re welcome here.
Participants engage in extended practices exploring intimacy as a present-moment experience — emotional, energetic, and relational — supported by nervous system awareness and choice.
The day culminates in a temple space: an invitational, facilitated environment for embodied exploration, guided by clear agreements and self-attunement.
DAY 4
-
This masterclass is for facilitators, leaders, and those curious about working with groups.
Drawing from Rachel’s Field Facilitator Training, participants explore:
Listening to group intelligence
Working with collective fields rather than directing outcomes
Presence as the foundation of facilitation and leadership
Both experiential and practical, this day offers insights applicable to facilitation, leadership, and community spaces.
