Psychodrama Lab & Voice is an intimate, experiential space where inner experience is explored through embodied action and voice. Through guided role play and expressive voice work, participants step beyond familiar patterns and safely rehearse new ways of being.

Working with real-life themes in a finely held container, insight is translated into lived experience, offering a felt sense of choice, connection, and support. Drawing on embodied voice practices and Roy Hart–inspired exploration, the session invites expression through speech, song, and sound — allowing what is often unspoken to be heard and integrated.
