Psychodrama Lab & Voice is an intimate, experiential space where inner experience is explored through embodied action and voice. Through guided role play and expressive voice work, participants step beyond familiar patterns and safely rehearse new ways of being.
Working with real-life themes in a finely held container, insight is translated into lived experience, offering a felt sense of choice, connection, and support. Drawing on embodied voice practices and Roy Hart–inspired exploration, the session invites expression through speech, song, and sound — allowing what is often unspoken to be heard and integrated.
• Transform stuck emotional and relational patterns through embodied action.
• Unlock the power of your voice.
• Meet tradition and improvisation.
• Leave with a felt sense of renewal and practical tools you can apply immediately.
**If the standard rate is not accessible, you are warmly welcome to contribute a pay-what-you-can donation at the door. Money shouldn’t a barrier to participation.
