Content Creator Residency

About the RESIDENCY

Beginning July 2026 | 1-month residency (flexible)
On-Site | Food & Accommodation Included

At Tierramor, content is not about aesthetics alone, it’s about translating a way of life into stories that people can feel, learn from, and connect with.

We’re opening a month-long Content Creator Residency at Tierramor. A space for storytellers, photographers, videographers, and digital creatives who want to live inside the rhythm of a regenerative ranch and translate it into meaningful, intentional content.

This is for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a desire to immerse themselves in land-based living and regenerative culture. You’ll work closely with our team to document daily life on the land, from regenerative agriculture and cultural offerings to community moments, helping shape the stories that carry this place beyond itself.

WHAT YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

    • Photograph daily life, landscapes, people, and moments across the ranch to build a growing visual archive for Tierramor’s digital platforms, website, and future storytelling needs.

    • Capture the moments on the land that often go unseen, translating the quiet, everyday rhythms and behind-the-scenes processes of life at Tierramor into content that educates, inspires, and helps others connect more deeply with what living on the land actually looks and feels like.

    • Bring your own creative lens into the residency. We’re looking for someone who can identify compelling stories, experiment with formats, and help evolve how Tierramor is communicated visually and digitally.

Who this RESIDENCY is for:

You likely:

  • Have hands-on experience with short-form video, photography, and social media content creation

  • Understand what makes content resonate and perform without losing authenticity

  • Are curious about regenerative living, sustainability, or land-based work

  • Can identify meaningful moments and turn them into stories people want to engage with

  • Are comfortable balancing fast-moving social content with longer-form educational storytelling

  • Have strong instincts for visual composition, pacing, and brand consistency

  • Are adaptable and comfortable living and working in a rural, evolving environment

  • Speak basic conversational Spanish and are open to cross-cultural collaboration

This residency is for someone with experience creating content in dynamic, real-world environments and who understands how to tell stories that feel both compelling and grounded. Someone who sees content as more than marketing, but as a bridge between people, ideas, and ways of living.
