By using tierramor.cr you agree to these terms. The site exists to tell you about the land, the farm, the residencies and events, and to let you apply, enquire, or join a list. Use it for that. Do not scrape it, misrepresent it, attack it, or use it to mislead anyone.

The words, photographs and design of this site belong to Tierramor Hospitality LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links; you are not welcome to republish our content as your own.

Submitting a residency application is a request, not a booking: nothing is confirmed until we say so in writing. The site itself takes no payment. Farm products are enquired about and arranged through direct conversation, and any sale is completed in that conversation, not on this site.

The chat widget on this site has a separate, optional marketing checkbox. If you provide your mobile number and tick that box, you authorize Tierramor Hospitality LLC to send you promotional text messages, possibly using automated means: offers, event promotions, and service announcements. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking, and marketing consent is never bundled with anything else.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Your number and your consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. The widget and opt-in flow run on LeadConnector, the platform behind our CRM. How we handle the number itself is in the privacy policy.

We keep the site accurate and current, but dates, prices, availability and programs change with the seasons and we may update or correct anything without notice. The site is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the site rather than hoping you re-read this page.
