How It Works
1Book a partner call
Thirty minutes on video with our team. Tell us about your people, and we walk you through the dates and the casitas.
2Get your code
After the call we make a code for your community. It takes 20% off each stay booked with it.
3Your people book
They choose a residency and a casita on our booking page and type your code before they pay. Once 5 of them have paid, we send you a code for your own stay.

Book your partner call by November 15. That leaves time to tell your people and for them to book before the first residency starts.
No. Each person picks one: Season Opening Residency, Dec 5 – Dec 19, 2026, or Holiday and New Year Residency, Dec 23, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027. Your own covered stay can be on either one too.
Once 5 people have booked with your code and paid, your own stay is covered: any private casita that is available on your dates, meals included. If you would rather share a casita with a friend, tell us and we cover a shared place instead. Your own stay is not one of the 5, and a covered stay does not also take 20% off.
Your people open the booking page, choose a residency and a casita, and type your code in the payment form. The new total shows before anything is charged. A booking takes one code, so it does not combine with any other discount.
Season Opening Residency: Paid in full when they book.
Holiday and New Year Residency: Half when they book, the rest on November 23.
Your casita and three meals a day. All prices include tax so you don't have to pay any additional. Flights and getting here are not included.
Tierramor is in the mountains above Ostional, in Río Montaña, Nosara. It is a 15 minute drive from the beaches of Ostional, and 25 minutes from Nosara and the beaches of Guiones and Pelada. After someone books, our team helps with their flights, the drive up and what to bring.
